Carson Urologists, Ltd participates in a wide variety of insurance and managed care plans including Medicare. We encourage you to check with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling an appointment with one of our physicians.

If your plan requires a referral to be seen by a specialists, please obtain one prior to making an appointment.

Most insurance plans require you to make a co-payment or co-insurance at the time of your visit. Any balance not paid by your insurance is your responsibility to pay. Payments and co-payments can be made in our office by cash, check or credit card.
